We use reliable carriers such as USPS or UPS and always aim to provide cost-effective, insured shipping. Signature may be required upon delivery due to age-restricted product laws.

All cigar and perishable product sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on cigars or tobacco items.
Merchandise such as apparel or accessories may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
